Necesidades Educativas Especiales con diversidad funcional. ZIP es un puente entre la ikastola y el mundo laboral. Se trata de un aprendizaje que corresponde a la educaci\u00f3n no reglada y que tiene su propio lugar en la Educaci\u00f3n Secundaria Obligatoria.<strong>OBJETIVOS<\/strong><ul><li>Desarrollar las competencias b\u00e1sicas de la educaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Desarrollar las habilidades sociales necesarias para la vida.<\/li><li>Formaci\u00f3n en el mundo laboral.<\/li><li>Desarrollo de la autonom\u00eda personal.<\/li><li>Ser feliz.<\/li><\/ul><strong>ORGANIZACI\u00d3N<\/strong>Entre 16 y 20 a\u00f1os se ofrecen cuatro a\u00f1os de trayectoria. Respondemos a las necesidades de la comarca. Todas las personas que formamos la ikastola cooperativa contribuimos con equidad y calidad a garantizar las posibilidades de presencia, participaci\u00f3n y logro en la vida local.<\/p>\n\t<p>Teniendo en cuenta el car\u00e1cter de cada alumno y alumna y desde una perspectiva inclusiva, ayudamos a organizar contextos para vivir experiencias ricas y variadas en funci\u00f3n de la edad y el proyecto.<\/p>\n\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"trigger-\" role=\"button\" data-modal=\"\" data-node=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLeer +\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tPreview\n\t\t\tmodal-\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ikastolako Orientazio Taldeak ikasle, familia, irakasle, zein komunitateko eragile orori akonpainamendua eta aholkularitza eskaintzea du helburu. Komunitatea osatzen dugun guztiok bertako bizitzan presente egoteko, parte-hartzeko eta lorpenak ahalbidetzeko aukerak bermatzen laguntzen dugu; ekitatez eta kalitatez.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ikasle bakoitzaren izatea kontutan hartuz eta ikuspegi inklusiboa oinarria izanik,\u00a0 esperientzia aberats eta askotarikoak bizitzeko testuinguruak antolatzen laguntzen dugu, adina eta egitasmoaren arabera.<\/p>\n<p>Arizmendi Ikastolan aniztasunari erantzuteko profesionalon lan koordinatu eta komunitarioan sinesten dugu. Ikastolako profesional guztion artean honako hauek ditugu Orientazio Sarean kokaturik: Orientatzaileak, Pedagogia Terapeutikoko Irakasleak, Hezkuntza Laguntzazko Espezialistak, Hizkuntza Indartze Programako Irakaslea eta bekadunak eta Elekari Programako Irakaslea. Horretaz gain, honakoak dira aniztasunari erantzuteko martxan ditugun programak: Zereginen Ikaskuntzarako Gela, Curriculum Anitzeko Programa eta Hezkuntza Berariaz Sendotzeko Proiektua.<\/p>\n<p>Bizikidetza arloan ere parte hartzen dugun organoa gara. Elkarbizitza positiboaren aldeko etengabeko lanketan murgildurik gaude elkarlanean. Gatazkan eta gatazkekin era eraikitzaile batean bizitzen ikastea da gure kolektiboko partaideentzat nahi dugun gaitasuna. Hala, ez ditugu gatazkak ekidituko, gatazkak kudeatzen ikastea izango da gure hezkuntza komunitateren erronka nagusietako bat.<\/p>\n<p>Orientazioari dagokionez, askotarikoak dira orientatzaileok akonpainamendu zein aholkularitzarako erabili ohi ditugun tresnak.
